This is one of the works that I sold during my month long show at Eccles Community Art
Gallery which ended last week. All proceeds to Parkinsons UK.
It is titled "Llynau Mymbyr & Snowdon Horseshoe" 40cm x 30cm in acrylic.
The paint is applied impasto over several layers of substrate.

Like many I was inspired by the
paintings of Sir John "Kyffin" Williams only
my rendition methods are
unique as far as I know as I use layers of material
before applying paint
in multiple layers.
These evoke the atmosphere of any mountain or moorland
scene.
I have also been inspired by the works
of Van Gogh and Monet. I found the
subject matter very attractive but rendered
it in my own palette.
